More Books means literally that! There are approximately 15,000 second hand books, both fiction and non-fiction. Don’t be put off by the quantity as Peter has them all arranged neatly in categories and, in most cases, alphabetically. And if you still can’t find what you want then Peter can offer a book search facility!

Stall 9 - Pengwern Books (Susan Caroline)

New books, second hand books, CDs, OS bespoke mapping, maps, cards, gift wrap, gifts and personalised search service.
Pengwern Books can accept orders by phone or email. They can supply books for events (in particular Shrewsbury Children’s BookFest), deliver locally on foot or, by arrangement, by car. They can supply to schools. Also some shops for a special event – eg. Toots Sweets at Christmas.
Pengwern Books believe in helping people find what they want by searching, recommending new books, fast ordering when needed. Support local authors and publishers and display such titles in main window. Supply and/or host events – visiting authors, speakers, book launches.

White Rabbit is Shrewsbury's only independent record shop. We have over 12 years experience of supplying records and books and our wide range of stock includes singles, LPs, picture discs and special pressings. Our stock is constantly changing and includes; pop rock, folk, jazz, blues, classical and DJ/dance music. We also have a wide range of tapes, CDs and record cleaning accessories. Our book department features music books and poetry, local books and fiction, including modern first editions and signed books. We offer both "find a book" and "find a record" services.
