Cook and Carve (sister to Appleyards) is a popular delicatessen, specialising in cooked meats, cheese, bacon and sausage. All bacon is home-produced from locally sourced pigs. The sausages are handmade and the cheeses are mainly in the traditional farmhouse style.
Cook and Carve is a small, family run business which prides itself on the excellent quality of the products and its customer care.
Cook and Carve was featured in Henrietta Green’s Food Lovers Guide to Great Britain.
